German professor, Gustav Fechner published a book in 1848 that theorized plants were capable of human like emotion. Capable? possible. maybe wise enough not to be swayed, however. Does this mean I could be reincarnated as a live oak tree? Talk about an upgrade.

Research shows plants do respond to vibration. There's even evidence plants raised with heavy metal music fared better than plants merely exposed to the spoken word. Which has me hanging a wind chime above the indoor plants.
