YTN is looking for talented and passionate people to join its team and help grow its network and impact. YTN has several open positions in different departments, such as:
- Director of Merchandising: You will be responsible for sourcing, curating, and selling the best products and services that reflect the Yucatano brand and appeal to the ultra-luxury market. You will also manage the inventory, pricing, and distribution of the products and services across the YTN network and platform.
- Director of Marketing (Content): You will be responsible for creating, publishing, and promoting the best content that showcases the Yucatano brand and its products and services. You will also manage the content strategy, calendar, and channels across the YTN network and platform.
- Director of Operations: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the YTN network and platform. You will also manage the budget, resources, and processes across the YTN network and platform.
- Director of Technology: You will be responsible for ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of the YTN network and platform. You will also manage the technology stack, integrations, and innovations across the YTN network and platform.
- Director of Events: You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and hosting the best events that offer the most exclusive and transformative experiences for the YTN network and platform. You will also manage the event strategy, logistics, and partnerships across the YTN network and platform.
- Director of Yucatano Influencer Network: You will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and rewarding the best influencers who can promote and grow the Yucatano brand and its products and services. You will also manage the influencer strategy, program, and campaigns across the YTN network and platform.
- Director of Yucatano Business League: You will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and supporting the best businesses that can offer and benefit from the Yucatano brand and its products and services. You will also manage the business strategy, program, and opportunities across the YTN network and platform.

If you are accepted, you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to join the YTN team and how to access your employee dashboard, where you can manage your profile, tasks, and earnings.
