Day 3 - Wind Down Before Bed

Our ‘always on’ lifestyles mean that many adults have difficulty switching off and winding down for sleep. We are a restless society, living in a hi-tech, busy world and getting some slumber requires us to slow down and wind down to enable the onset of sleep.
